Naturally, I am not inclined towards taking agent's help as there are a lot of information sources available online, abundant vloger's stories plus online payment convenience everywhere. Things are changing really fast in the tourism industry. However, this time I backed out of my habit. I didn't have any experience with South American culture or language and I wanted to have a positive experience to come back to this amazing nation again. This company didn't disappoint me at all. They booked tickets ahead of time and had informational guides everywhere. I had always time in my itenary to explore things around on my own. The $600 single supplement was quite expensive after paying the total but I think i can move on as I didn't have a dull moment in this trip with this company. Unfortunate things happen always with bad wifi connections or transportation or guide issues but the company was in touch all the times and were responsive to my needs. All the touristy places were safe with extra police and you can get wifi in cafes almost everywhere. Still, I would always recommend to have a sim or wifi connection on your own if you are staying for that long here specially in Bolivia. Keep it up! And Thanks a bunch!

A great trip, hitting all the highlights of Southern Peru - the Condors at Colca Canyon, Lake Titicaca and the floating islands, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. All very well organised.

We had a short trip around the Sacred Valley with our guide Yure Chávez. We were a group of 4, and the whole tour it was only us, which was really nice. One of us didn't speak Spanish, but this was no issue in the tour, as Yure explained some things in English apart from Spanish, and had no problem when one of us was translating for him. We got to see all of the main ruins and monuments, and he had very good explanations for everything. One small issue was in Sacsayhuaman, where it was not clear to us that we had very little time and were not going to walk around as much as in other sites, but everything was good anyways. In Macchu Picchu, he took us a bit earlier than scheduled, but we were told in advance, and we ended up having a bit of time at the top on our own, which was a great experience. Overall, we really recommend this tour and Yure as a guide.
