What people love about Mexico Tours from Cancun
- Mexico Yucatán Experience
The trutravels Mexico itinerary offers both things you want on your holiday. It offers some great activities such as chichen itza (one of the wonders of the world), going for a swim in one of many cenotes the yucatan area has to offer, or visiting the ancient ruins in tulum. This tour offers a lot of free time as well, so you can sip your cocktails on the beach. Manu was a great guide and since he did so many things in Mexico before, he knows what he is talking about and where to find the nice places to go to for a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also can he point you in other directions for Latin America since he has a lot of connections and tips and tricks for those countries
- Yucatan Quintana Roo Experience
The overall enjoyment of the tour was very good. It could be improved by choosing hotels that have facilities on site to get hot drinks/basic breakfast requirements before leaving for the day. Sometimes the pick up time is very early, so to start the day with no breakfast option is not good. One of our hotels had no hot water, the others had extremely low water pressure so impossible to shower. A review of the hotels you are using would be advised as customers should be offered the option to pay more for better facilities. However they were all clean and the staff friendly. The drivers and tour guides were all very passionate and knowledgeable. Delays at times but all part of the holiday. There were some small errors in the English itinerary translation, which resulted in a wasted trip to Cancun bus station to try and buy bus tickets as advised on our first night, when we were jet lagged. Communication was good with the office and helpful when we needed assistance. Thank you for a great experience in Mexico.
- Wonders of the Maya
We expected to be on a group tour but were assigned to a private tour. Our guide was fantastic. He was fluent in English. He was experienced. He knew how to pace the trip and anticipate what we needed. He knew the entire area very well and could stick to the itinerary yet add little stops or point out things that enriched the experience He was very knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and extremely easy to converse with. He had a great sense of humor. I was traveling with my two teen grandchildren and he could both keep up with them and still make it easy for grandma! We loved it
