Suki· February 19th, 2025Bamba is a terrible,terrible agency. They do not communicate well, lie about everything. Every place they booked me in had a problem. They had virtual check-in in one place- when I dont know anything about tech. They didnt tell me until AFTER I PAID-non refundable I was on a tour on my own. The first night I couldnt sleep at all-crummy place LOUD DISCO ALL NIGHT. Third night virtual check in- almost didnt get in my own hotel or room. All they promised was a line. The third place I stayed in they made me play a huge deposit- it was also noisy at night. Wouldnt let you take towels out. Wanted to charge me for an extra cup of hot water. They said there were five breakfasts and gave me none. They booked a tour and it was cancelled. DO NOT BOOK WITH BAMBA IN MEXICO. We reserved private rooms at all the hostels and only one hostel had a private room for us.
