We are interested in the tour. We are arriving in cancun airport on the 21st of february 2026. If it is possible we would meet the tour guide at the hotel on day one of the tour. What is your suggestion?

The Great Train Maya adventure is currently available only on the 8th of March as a small group tour. We recommend securing your booking soon due to limited availability.

We had a wonderful time on the tour. A small group of five lovely people. Aldo was a fantastic guide who had a great knowledge of Mayan and Mexican history which he shared with a passion and we felt genuinely privileged to share a few short days with himself and Jorge our driver who brought us everywhere safely. Every site we visited, daily meals and hotels were excellent . We are only sorry we did didn't stay on for the longer tour. Thank you everyone involved in making it a experience to remember. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Mexico. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
