What is the cancellation policy for this tour if I book the tour and decide I want to cancel it later?

The cancellation policy is no penalty 7 days prior to arrival during the regular season and 25 days prior to arrival during the high season (Christmas and New Year's, Spring Break, Holy Week, and Summer). After those dates, 50% will be charged, and cancellations 1 day prior to arrival will be charged the full amount.

Can I be picked up from the airport on the first day?

We cannot delay the tour start, but we can arrange a private transfer from the airport if needed.

What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in arranging new transfer times.

What are the meal inclusions during the tour?

Meals specified are daily breakfasts on days 2 & 3, and a lunch on the Chichen Itza tour as per the itinerary description.

Can I get a single supplement for traveling alone?

Since you are a single traveler, a solo traveler supplement is applicable to cover the cost of your private services.

What if no more passengers confirm for my travel date?

If there are no additional passengers, we may need to charge a solo traveler fee to proceed with your reservation.

  All our tours are confirmed with a minimum of two people, and at the moment we do not have any more passengers confirmed for the date you have requested (June 10th). However, we can offer you the following alternatives: Check availability again in the coming weeks (closest to the date), and if there are more confirmed passengers the tour would already be guaranteed. You could pay a single traveler supplement, this is to cover the expenses involved in operating some services for a single traveler or in other words, which become private services. In this case the solo traveler supplement would be 470 USD. Despite this, if more passengers are confirmed later, we would refund the supplement charged.

- For any tour departing before June 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with SAT Mexico Tour and Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
