We don't run this tour in late September because at that time all the hotels are closed. Being seasonal hotels they open in June and they close September 15th more or less. We have a confirmed departure on Sunday, June 16th.

Do you supply bikes or does rider need to bring a bike? We ride a tandem. An acceptable distance and ascent for us is less than 50 miles with climbing less than 3,000 feet. For six days of riding, I'd target the average daily ride we could comfortably tackle would be less than 40 miles with climbing less than 2,500 feet. What tours would you suggest?

The first one could be our tour "A Fantastic Journey", (dept July 9th) this tour takes place in the breathtaking Tuscany region, riding on peaceful backroads, we can visit villages and historic towns famous all over the world: Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Val d'Orcia, Val d'Arbia, Radicofani, Pititgliano, Sorano and many more. The second one could be the tour "Three Lakes and More", (m dept July 16th) this tour takes place in the enchanting Northern Lakes Area". In 7 days we'll ride alongside Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, and the pretty Lake Iseo, visiting not only these lakes but also some lateral valleys that allow us to see these lakes from another perspective getting in touch with the mountain culture.

  We are older, but active (79 and 76) and want to know if the grades are significant? Do you have flat bar e-Bikes and step thru style. Do the batteries last long enough for the trips, or do you have charged spares along the way. Do you charge the batteries each night or do we do that?

  We are currently only cycling approx 70km per week but would increase training for this tour. What is the ratio of Ebike riders on the tours? we have never used Ebikes before, do you recommend using them on this trip given the 85km per day plus climbs! or is it doable on a road bike?

  We have a new Co-Motion tandem, wireless rear derailleur, that handles hills better than the our previous Santana and Cannondale tandems. The bike has couplers for breaking it down and traveling with it. Is the cost for the tours the same if we rent a tandem versus bringing ours?

  If you are a group of 4 people, we can schedule a departure when is best for you. I would suggest avoiding August, that month is a really busy month full of tourists and cars. The cost is 2590€ in a shared room. Renting an E-road bike cost 520€. Renting a E-bike (flat handlebar) cost 420€
