First of all, I'm sorry that the tour didn't live up to your expectations. Regarding the tour costs, the tour includes private arrival and departure transfers, with the airport about 100 km from the farmhouse, 6 nights' accommodations with breakfast and dinners included—with carefully curated menus featuring dishes based on fresh products (these are not set menus for groups), drinks, daily private tours with guides, and locals always available to assist customers with any needs. It's easy to understand that all of this comes at a cost; I'm sorry you didn't appreciate its added value. Regarding the number of participants, unless requested by customers, we are not required to provide information regarding the number of people booked, as the tour is always guaranteed even with only one participant, as per the dates you traveled. For some customers, being alone can be a problem; for others, like the customer who visited and wrote a review in October it wasn't, that is just a subjective matter. Of course, if we're asked, as often happens, how many people are booked for a specific date, we have no problem answering, as we always did. And if being the solo traveler is a particular problem, it would had not be a problem for us to cancel the booking. In conclusion, this tour is very unique; it offers a local experience, the opportunity to discover a less known region of Apulia with local people , but may not be suitable for every type of customer.     • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before July 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Soleto Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Soleto Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Soleto Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
