This flight Flights are a part of the tour we do not book and we cannot control. When there are issues such as delays with our travellers’ flights such as in your case, we do our best to assist with transfer arrangements so people are able to join the tour once they arrive in Iceland. The extra cost is however something people will have to try to claim either the airline or their travel insurance provider. Thank you for the feedback about our guide. It is very much appreciated since we expect a lot from our guides as they are such a vital part of our tours so we will absolutely investigate this on our end!
