This company is very very bad at explaining what the tour consisted of. The only difference between the 4 day tour...
This company is very very bad at explaining what the tour consisted of. The only difference between the 4 day tour and the 7 day tour is that you have to spend 3 extra nights at an empty "resort" with nothing to do. They literally just left us here this morning and we have decided to leave the tour and go back to a hostel down the street that is 110% better than this ridiculous tour. We were not told that we were going to have to stay the extra 4 nights by ourselves until we were in the bus on our way to it. If you do the 4 day tour it might be worthwhile but the other guests on the tour were expressing the same amount of anger and confusion as to why the tour just took us to empty hostels that were not what was originally advertised on the website. If you are going to Fiji to backpack, party, or just have fun we would definitely recommend the Beach House, Uprising (which is not actually the resort that they take you to) or any of the hostels along the bay in Nadi (Smugglers, Bamboo, Aquarius) as there is much more people there and you are able to meet lots of people, hell, that's the point of travelling, isn't it?Show more

the tour booked was Feejee Adventure and not Feejee Beach and Culture. Feejee Adventure was focused on adventure market for those who has interest in diving, Adrenalin sports and adventures. this is why 4 days was given at the adventure capital - Pacific Harbour. On all websites it was advertised about this in the the full itineraries. most of the time the expectation of the clients are much higher than what is offered. we always recommend that all information is thoroughly read through before you book. we have other clients on this pass and their feed back was great as below: 07 May 2019 Many thanks for Feejee Ex for such an amazing tour! I would like to provide some feedback in order the express how amazed I am with the way the tour was run, and to guide your itinerary in the future. Firstly, the itinerary put together was brilliant. I really felt like it reflected the real Fijian culture with the village,market and city visits. The tour was an amazing eye opening experience for me as it allowed me to compare my life in Europe to that in Fiji. Secondly, my thanks and positive feedback to my tour manager Mike and driver, Naomih. They were both great and I felt very well looked after and could approach them very easily. They were both very knowledged about the areas we went to and answered questions I was intrigued to know about the Fijian culture. My only criticism of the tour (which is very small) is that 2 nights should be spent at Robinson Crusoe Island as I felt like I couldnt make the most of the Island in 1 day. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Feejee Experience. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Feejee Experience will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
