  please can you confirm that the group is composed by the same members from start to end in ALL the tours? no members added during the tour, no members leave during the tour. And will the guide be the same throughout the tour and with us full time even on the plane, going to the airport etc? Is the guide like a tour leader being with us full time?

    Our tours are designed as Flexible Joining Tours (Seat-in-coach). This means the group members may change at different destinations. For example, some travelers might join for the North-to-South itinerary, while others may only participate in the Northern segment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the group will remain exactly the same from start to finish.
    
    Local Guides: We provide professional, English-speaking Local Guides in each city (Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.). These guides are experts in their specific region's history and culture.
    During Flights/Transfers: The guides will assist you with airport transfers and check-in, but they do not fly with you or stay with you 24/7 like a "Tour Leader." You will be greeted by a new local guide upon arrival at each new destination.
    Full-time Support: While you don't have a single escort throughout the whole country, our Operation Team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp/Phone to support you during your entire journey, including flight times and free evenings.
    
    This flexible model allows us to offer many departure dates and keep the price competitive while still ensuring you have expert local knowledge at every stop.

    - No Fixed Core Group: Unlike a "Fixed Departure Group" where 15 people start in Hanoi and end in Bangkok together, our travelers are on various different itineraries that happen to overlap for 1-2 days at a time.
    - Daily Changes: You will likely meet new faces and say goodbye to others every 24 to 48 hours.
    
    If a consistent group is essential for you, you might want to look for "Fixed Date Group Tours" or "Small Group Expeditions" that specifically guarantee the same group from start to finish. These are usually more expensive and have very limited departure dates, but they offer the social consistency you are looking for.

    Because our tours are designed with a flexible, "join-in" style, our pricing is already set at the most competitive rate possible to ensure the best value for all our guests. As such, we are unable to offer further discounts on the base price. However, since you are traveling as a group of four, we will ensure your group stays at the same hotels and travels together on the same tour vehicles throughout your trip. Upon booking confirmation, we will look into the possibility of room upgrades or other perks to enhance your stay (subject to availability at the time of booking).

    If I would like to book the flight from Ho Chi Min to Hanoi on our own, is it possible since I will be booking Vietnam Airlines from Singapore to Siem Reap, then to Hanoi, to Luang Prabang, and back to Singapore? It would make more economic sense to do so.

    Yes, you can certainly book this flight on your own to fit your international itinerary. We will deduct $150 USD per person from your Local Payment. Instead of the standard $399 USD, you will only need to pay $249 USD per person (which covers the tour guide fees and other local services). As a special gesture for your group, we guarantee an upgrade from a 3-star to a 4-star Cruise in Halong Bay. For the rest of the hotels, we will check the availability immediately once your booking is confirmed. We will do our absolute best to arrange upgrades wherever possible, although we cannot guarantee this in advance as it depends on the hotel's occupancy at that time.

    As for the timing to book the flight from HCMC to Hanoi, what time is best, and which day should I be looking into? Local payment for tour guides and services at 246 US $, is it too high? As I know, the services in these countries are rather cheap and low-cost. Are there any chances of this cost being reduced? I hope that, as promised, our hotels can be upgraded to at least a 4-star hotel as far as possible.

    I noticed that I have paid a lot more booking through tourradar website with the Mega sales. Even after my 250 US$ travel credit been used, the total cost for 2 travellers is at US$1,512.20 but your code shows total costs for 2 travellers at US$ 1057.50 even without using my travel credit of 250 US$. Can my bill be amended to reflect the rate that you have quoted me?

    Since your tour starts in the South and moves North, you should look for a flight on Day 5 of your itinerary. A morning flight (between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM) is usually best to allow for a smooth transition. The $249 USD (revised) covers not just the guide, but also domestic logistics, entrance fees, and regional services over 12 days. We have already reduced this significantly from the standard $399 USD to accommodate your self-booked flight.

    I would appreciate it if you could help to provide additional value or adjust the price with Tourradar. What if I cancel the booking with Tourradar and book with your reference you have provided? Even if forfeiting the deposit, it is much cheaper and at a lower cost.

    Originally, this tour only included one internal flight: from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi (Economy Class). The journey from HCMC to Phnom Penh is actually conducted by Speedboat via Chau Doc (where the boat staff will assist you with the visa-on-arrival process, typically costing $38-$40 USD. Please note that the Visa fee is not included in our tour price). Since you have decided to book the HCMC to Hanoi flight on your own, we will deduct the cost of this ticket from your Local Payment. Deduction: $150 USD per person. New Local Payment: Your local payment will be reduced from $459 down to $309 USD per person x 2 people = 618 USD.
