- Day 1
Kathmandu to Jagat
Your guide will meet you at the hotel after breakfast, and then you'll start driving along the Prithvi Highway. The route takes you through river gorges and past small villages as you head toward Jagat for your first night's stay.

Jagat to Tal
The first trek starts by following the Marshyangdi River on a rocky trail. You'll walk to Tal village, which sits in a scenic dome valley and marks the first settlement in Manang District.

Tal to Danaque
After moving through a wider, flatter valley with some climbs and descents, you'll reach Dharapani at 1890m. This Tibetan-influenced village has a distinctive religious stone entrance. From there, continue to Bagarchhap at 2160m with its stone-roofed houses, then walk through pine forests past religious mani-walls to reach Danaque.

Danaque to Chame
The trail gets rough and rocky as you climb to Tyanja at 2360m. You'll then trek through forest and along the river bank, eventually arriving at Chame village, which serves as the central headquarters for Manang District.

Chame to Pisang
Start the day trekking through deep forest with ups and downs, then cross the Marshyangdi River on a long bridge at 2910m and another at 3040m. From this point, the Paungda Danda rock face comes into view as the valley opens up. Finish with a short walk through open terrain to reach Pisang.

Pisang to Manang
An easier 4-hour walk takes you through pine forest and open valley on your way to Manang. The pace is relaxed, giving you time to take in the landscape and clear mountain air.

Landmarks Manang - Day 7
Manang
This is your acclimatization day. You can take a side trip to the cave above Manang village at roughly 4200m, or visit the Ganga Purna Glacier lake. Either way, use this time to rest and explore the area at a slower pace.

Manang to Khangsar
Your trek to Tilicho Lake begins with a westward route from Manang along the Khangsar River. You'll walk to Khansar village, a traditional Tibetan-influenced settlement situated in this region.

Khangsar to Tilicho Base Camp
The trail widens as you pass by a monastery, then follows a newly constructed path that climbs steeply toward a ridge. This can be a tough day, but reaching Tilicho Base Camp gives you a peaceful spot to rest after the effort.

Landmarks Tilicho Base Camp - Day 10
Tilicho Base Camp to Tilicho Lake
Start early between 5 and 6 am for a 3 to 4 hour hike up to Tilicho Lake, the world's highest lake. After taking photos and spending time at the lake, you'll trek back down to Tilicho Base Camp for the night since there are no lodges at the lake itself.

Tilicho Base Camp to Yak Kharka
You'll walk downhill through Tenki Manang village, stepping away from the Marshyangdi valley. The trek continues to Yak Kharka, which is pasture land used for yaks and sheep.

Yak Kharka to Phedi
A short climb brings you to a river crossing at 4310m, followed by another ascent to Phedi. If you're feeling strong, consider pushing on to High Camp for the night, which will make crossing the Thorung La Pass the next day more manageable.

Phedi to Muktinath
Get up between 5 and 6 am to cross the Thorung La Pass and catch the sunrise from the top. After photos and taking in the views, descend toward Muktinath, a sacred site for both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims.

- Day 14
Muktinath to Pokhara
An early departure on a local bus takes you from Muktinath to Pokhara in about 8 to 10 hours. The drive descends through the Kali Gandaki Valley, passing rural villages, terraced hills, and river gorges along the way.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, you'll board a tourist bus for the 6 to 8 hour drive back to Kathmandu. The route winds through scenic hills, river valleys, and roadside towns, giving you one last look at Nepal's varied landscapes before reaching your hotel.
