I've been on several tours and understand the standards of European hotels; these were beyond terrible. Our suitcases couldn’t fit between the bed and wall. The rooms were unclean. One of the rooms had a crack across the floor, an ant colony in the corner, and bugs under the bed. My daughter cried, and when I reported it to the front desk, they handed me bug spray and said there were no vacancies. I am travelling solo. Will you find me a roommate? Do I avoid single supplement if no roommate is found?

If the tour gets canceled after you booked flights, we will offer alternative options or a full refund for the tour only. Independently booked flights are not covered. For Twin Share Room bookings, we will pair you with a same-sex solo traveler. If we cannot find a roommate, you will not need to pay the Single Supplement fee.

We recommend arriving earlier in the day to allow plenty of time for immigration, baggage collection, and settling into your hotel before the welcome meeting. Yes, you've got it right, Charles De Gaulle International Airport (CDG) is the designated airport for both arrival and departure for the tour in Paris.
