  I recently returned from the highlights of France tour and it was truly an experience for a lifetime. Our tour guide Emma burns was outstanding. She was not only knowledgeable about France’s history, culture but also made every day fun and engaging. Emma went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the journey. We were also very fortunate to have Etienne as our driver. He navigated us smoothly and safely across cities, countryside, and winding village roads with such skill and professionalism. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable journey through France.Show more

  We had a great tour with Nicolas and Gael all across France! Let's hit all the positives. Nicolas was a GREAT tour guide. He was knowledgable, warm, personable, and kept things moving along smoothly. Gael was an excellent driver of a very nice coach. The ride was smooth and even in traffic, Gael had everything under control. The local guides were terrific. I want to warn you though - this tour is exactly what it says. It's 21 cities in 12 days. And that's a grueling pace. Now, we got a taste of most of the best French locations, about 2 or 3 hours in each city along the way. It was like a tapas of France - you have enough time to get a good feel for the city you're in. We never felt rushed, but we never felt like we could just lounge around either. However, to keep this pace up for two weeks is a bit rough. We love the fact that we did this tour, and that we got to see all of these places. Having been there, we now know exactly which ones we want to go back to, and which ones we can skip next time. But never again! It's just too much for us senior citizens to have to haul our bags and unpack and repack almost every day. (There are a couple of times on the tour where you spend two glorious days in the same hotel, but those are few and far between!) Again, if this is what you want - to see most of France outside of Paris - then yes, this is a GREAT tour. We had a GREAT time, and this is exactly what we wanted to see/do. But, if you want more than a couple/three hours in each location, and you want to stay in one city for a few days as a base to explore others, than this tour is NOT for you.Show more

  Both our guide and driver were excellent, but the tour was exhausting and the accommodations were unacceptable. I've been on several tours and understand the standards of European hotels; these were beyond terrible. Our suitcases couldn’t fit between the bed and wall. The rooms were unclean. One of the rooms had a crack across the floor, an ant colony in the corner, and bugs under the bed. My daughter cried, and when I reported it to the front desk, they handed me bug spray and said there were no vacancies. With no transportation or other options, we got no sleep, and the next day was very difficult.Show more

We completely understand how upsetting and exhausting it must have been to find yourselves in a room that was not only unclean but also had visible structural issues and a serious pest problem. This is certainly not the standard we expect from our hotel partners, and we're deeply sorry that this impacted your comfort and well-being during the tour. Your feedback has been escalated to our Quality Control Team for thorough review, and we will be addressing these concerns directly with the property in question. Every guest deserves a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, and we regret that this was not your experience.
