What does Travel Pass mean?

No, accommodation is not included in this type of trip. This is a flexible travel pass, and you will be traveling independently. You can stay as long as you want in each destination, but you need to book your own accommodation. What we will do is book/reserve all your transportation and all your aforementioned day tours. The transportation is mainly by public buses, but we also book with local mini van shuttle suppliers. When you are booked on a public bus, you will need to make your own way to the bus station - hotel (and vice versa). For the mini van shuttles, we will pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at your hotel. Everything will be done electronically. You won't need any paper tickets which will facilitate travel greatly. You will be given e-codes for buses and for the mini vans you won't need anything except be ready at your hotel for pickup. We will book/reserve you for set times meaning that you would need to catch that specific bus or mini van (you can't just turn up at the bus station and choose any departure time).

Is it possible to skip the day to Playa del Carmen and travel straight to Tulum from Cancun? Also wondering if there is room for storing cases/luggages on the buses?

Yes, the transfer from Cancun to Playa del Carmen can be replaced and we can reserve a trip to from Cancun to Tulum, instead. Also, you'll have enough storage space in each of our vehicles.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bamba Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bamba Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Bamba Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
