As I've read in the itinerary description that the Alhambra admission ticket is not included in the tour and needs to be purchased additionally, I would like to know if I have an option to buy those tickets during the tour booking to guarantee that I will be able to visit Alhambra during the trip?

The Alhambra Palace & Gardens is a pre-bookable optional excursion that comes at an additional cost on top of the tour price. Due to the high demand and limited availability of tickets, this excursion must be booked in advance, ideally at least 60 days prior to departure, and no later than that where possible. Please note that you can only secure a place on this excursion once your main tour booking has been confirmed. As tickets often sell out well in advance, we recommend booking the excursion as early as possible after confirming your tour to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, it is not something that can be booked during the tour due to the limited availability of tickets.

I am interested in 9 days tour. When I look for availability for March'27 I don't see any response.

I can confirm that the March 27, 2027 departure is available and showing on the website. If you go to the link below and click "Check Availability", you'll see two departures in March 2027: March 13 and March 27. Just select the date you prefer and you'll be able to either confirm your booking or place the tour on hold while you finalize your plans.

Can a travel ticket to Spain and return ticket be arranged? Can the hotel where the tour begins also be booked?

Our Tour Packages does not include Flights to the Starting Country and out of the end Country. This is something that the customer would have to arrange since we do not have the capacity to arrange flights.

Is it possible to share a room with another female traveller?

Our standard rooming arrangement for solo travellers pairs them with another passenger of the same gender in a twin room, at no additional cost. It's a wonderful way to meet a like-minded traveller and keep your travel budget in check!

Can you tell me what flight times are recommended from London to arrive on day 1 and depart on day 9? How do i book the Alhambra tour? how long is this?

This tour starts at 10AM on Day 1 and the starting location is a Hotel on Madrid. You have to make sure that your flight from London arrives early on Day 1 which will allow you to meet at 10AM, or you can choose to arrive a day early. However, arriving a day early would mean that you will have to arrange your accommodation for that evening. On the Last Day of the tour, the group arrives back in Madrid at around 2:30 PM, so it is recommended to get an evening flight. The Alhambra Optional lasts for about 2 Hours and 30 Minutes up to 3 Hours. Once you have a confirmed booking, you need to request for it to be pre-booked for you at least 60 Days before the tour's start date.

How do you book the optional Granada Local Food & Wine Evening and the Alhambra excursion and what is the cost?

In order for you to book pre-sold optional excursions you would need to have an active booking. Below is the list of optional excursions offered for your enquired tour departure. Granada Local Food & Wine Evening cost is €60. This excursion must be booked at least 15 days prior to your tour and is non-refundable. Alhambra Palace & Gardens cost is €85. This excursion must be booked at least 60 days prior to your tour due to high demand and is also non-refundable.

Restaurants were good. Hotels were not good and sometimes hard to tolerate. Also dragging our own bags in and out of the hotel a huge burden. This level of touring was a mistake. We just got off a Trafalgar tour and the quality and extras were much better. Particularly annoying was almost no kettles or tea making facilities in the hotels. This level of touring is not for me. I will be making an effort to see what extras are included next time.Show more

We did also get to experience a different perspective from various local guides as well. The hotel rooms began very good, as the tour went on the rooms were small and were older/ in need of a facelift/ repair. Unless you are paying for your own meals, the meals provided are not that great and honestly are a let down especially when you are trying to taste some of the cusine of Spain.Show more
