But, importantly, the guides were flexible and adjusted to our needs; we cut out some temples and waterfalls but added zip wire rides! If you are english ask for Joy to drive you from Vientiane, safe and fast with a good sense of humour. Overall a most enjoyable tour and thoroughly recommended.Show more

Private trip was good but some points can be improved. It would be helpful if the separate payment needed for flights is shown more clearly. The timings in the plan are somewhat unrealistic as the roads in Laos aren't in great shape and driving takes much longer so we missed planned activities several times. Also, it promised an elephant sanctuary visit but this doesn't exist anymore which seems like false advertising. Really not great. The guides were nice. The cars and drivers were good. The hotels were nice and we were happy with them.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Legend Travel Group will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Legend Travel Group" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Legend Travel Group. Please familiarize yourself with the Legend Travel Group payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
