If you decide to move forward with these dates, you will either travel as a solo adventurer or join different groups for the activities in each city. This is a great way to enjoy the flexibility of a private-style pace while still meeting other travelers during your excursions.

Why are there charges when we arrive. Why are they not included in the total? In Which hotels would we be staying?

Why are there separate charges (Local Payment)? The $399 fee (which covers internal airfare and your Tour Guide fee) is designated as a Local Payment. Here is why it is structured this way: Transparency & Discounts: We frequently run special promotions on the core tour price. To ensure you get the absolute best net rate on those services, we separate fixed, non-discountable costs like flights and guide fees. Mandatory Requirement: While paid separately, this fee is a mandatory and integral part of the total cost. It covers the essential logistics that make the itinerary possible. Payment Flexibility: By categorizing this as a Local Payment, you have the flexibility to pay this portion directly when you arrive at your destination. Regarding your Hotels: We typically stay in well-vetted, high-quality accommodations (usually 3-4 star standard or hand-picked boutique local hotels) that reflect the character of the region. The specific hotel names are usually finalized in your Final Trip Notes or travel vouchers closer to departure. This allows us to ensure we are booking the best available options for your specific dates.

I'm traveling with my girlfriend, but we want a room just for us. Which room option should I choose?

For you and your girlfriend, please select the Double/Twin Room option. We will arrange a private Double Room with a Queen-size bed just for both of you, ensuring your comfort and privacy.

I would like to confirm the exact cancellation policy for this tour to Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand.

Cancellation Policy: • 60 days or more prior to departure: 5% of the cost of the tour is forfeited • 30–59 days prior to departure: 10% of the cost of the tour is forfeited • 15–29 days prior to departure: 20% of the cost of the tour is forfeited • 7–14 days prior to departure: 50% of the cost of the tour is forfeited • Within 6 days prior to departure: 90% of the cost of the tour is forfeited

What is the price if traveling as a single. Thanks!

Since you are traveling solo, the price will include a single supplement to ensure a private room throughout your journey. There are three pricing options, depending on your preferred hotel category: 3-star hotels, 4-star hotels, 5-star hotels.

Is the flight from Phuket to Bangkok at the end of the Tour included?

The internal flight from Phuket back to Bangkok at the end of the tour is optional. You can select this extra service when you proceed with the Booking Reservation online via the website.

I am going to a wedding in Phuket end of February and me and maybe some of the other guests might want to do a day trip to Khao Sok National Park and take a long boat tour of the lake. Is this something that you could help with? What would be the price per person? We are for sure 2 people but might be able to get more of the guests involved. Does the price get lower when more people book? If you could provide an overview of different prices per group size that would be amazing.

Regarding your day trip to Khao Sok National Park, we can certainly organize this experience for you, including a longboat tour of the lake. You only need to inform us 2 to 3 days prior to your preferred departure date, which is enough time for us to coordinate everything smoothly and ensure you get the best experience. Since your group size is not yet confirmed, we recommend finalizing the number of participants as soon as possible. The price per person does decrease as the group size increases. Once you have a better idea of how many guests will be joining, please let us know, and we will provide you with a detailed price breakdown based on your final group size.

Is the Phuket to Bangkok flight included in my travel package?

The internal flight from Bangkok to Phuket is included in the booking. However, the flight from Phuket back to Bangkok must be booked separately by the traveler.

Are airport transfers included in my Thailand tour package?

Upon your arrival in Bangkok, a representative will be scheduled to meet you at the airport. You will find them holding a sign with your name for easy identification, ensuring a smooth transition from the airport to your hotel.

Whether onternational Airfare included in the packag cost?

international airfare is not included in the tour package. Since our customers come from different countries, we do not arrange or offer international flight tickets as part of our packages.

  I just booked the 5-Day Bangkok-Phuket trip from March 27 to March 31, but our return trip from Bangkok to the United States is on April 2. My question is, can I book more hotel stays with you and other tours until my return date?

  Since the tour concludes in Phuket, you may extend your stay there as you wish. We will be happy to arrange your airport transfer from Phuket to the airport on whichever date you choose to fly back to Bangkok for your international departure.

I am going to a wedding in Phuket end of February and me and maybe some of the other guests might want to do a day trip to Khao Sok National Park and take a long boat tour of the lake. Is this something that you could help with? What would be the price per person? We are for sure 2 people but might be able to get more of the guests involved. Does the price get lower when more people book? If you could provide an overview of different prices per group size that would be amazing.

You only need to inform us 2 to 3 days prior to your preferred departure date, which is enough time for us to coordinate everything smoothly and ensure you get the best experience. Since your group size is not yet confirmed, we recommend finalizing the number of participants as soon as possible. The price per person does decrease as the group size increases. Once you have a better idea of how many guests will be joining, please let us know, and we will provide you with a detailed price breakdown based on your final group size.

Below is the price breakdown per person: 2 people: High price (not recommended), 4 people: Still high price (better to increase the group size), 6 people and up: Best price at US $250.00 per person (all-inclusive). If you can confirm at least 6 participants, we can proceed with finalizing the arrangements for your trip.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Legend Travel Group will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
