    • Infinite AdventuresOperatorWritten July 2025

The trip will be run with a 15-passenger high top van with trailer and the max number of travelers is 12 per trip with an average age of 45 yrs old from a diverse range of countries. Vegetarians are no problem to accommodate and we are mostly a camping tour with some cabins and wall tents with cots thrown in for a little comfort break. We are a multi-activity company with heaps of options from super strenuous to moderate. We ask that you can walk/hike a minimum of 3 miles a day be ready to pitch in when building camp or taking it down. What you put in, is what you get out.

Is it all Camp or option for Hotel I don't want to camp

    Accommodation
    • Infinite AdventuresOperatorWritten May 2025

This trip has a lot of camping (80% camping ,20% hotel). We do have a 13-Day trip starting August 16th which is lodging only. However it also includes yurts and small cabins where you sometimes would have to share with several travelers and the rest is hotel where you would share with one fellow traveler

An extra night at the Highliner is $290 per room including all taxes and fees and I can always add this to your booking after you booked the trip. We only have 3 spots left on this date so I wouldn't wait too long with your booking.

    • Infinite AdventuresOperatorWritten December 2024

Unfortunately we cannot refund the 10% deposit but are happy to defer credit for future bookings. We are a very small company in Alaska and have to reserve certain places far in advance where we cannot get back our deposits. This is the only reason why we have this policy.

Could you please clarify the local payment portion. Do we pay that directly to you when we arrive?

    • Infinite AdventuresOperatorWritten December 2024

Yes, you will pay the local payment directly to us (not to tourradar) on the day you arrive in Anchorage. This can be done in cash, but I also can send you a payment link a few weeks before you travel if you wish to pay by credit card directly to us and if that's more convenient.

    Asked on October 20th, 2024

I wondered what type of tents are provided, if they are large enough to host one person without making it feel like a coffin, waterproof to avoid condensation and if bedding/pillows are comfortable enough. From the picture they look pretty tiny. Where will facilities for showers and toilets be located and how many are there in total roughly? Where will breakfasts be held?

    Accommodation
    Tour Details
    • Infinite AdventuresOperatorWritten October 2024

Our tents are 4-person tents that sleep two people or if you choose to pay for a single supplement for tents, you will get a 3 person tent that is pretty spacious and can easily fit your luggage as well if you choose to have this in your tent. We usually do not provide sleeping pads and bags as travelers bring their camping gear along. But we do rent gears for those who want to travel with less luggage. It is a 2.5 inch self inflatable insulated pad and a 3-season sleeping bag. As for showers and toilets it is very different for each campsite. Sometimes you will walk a few hundred meters to get there, sometimes it's closer. Terrain can be rocky, but thanks to Alaskan summers it's mostly light outside even at night. Some campsites have running hot water, some of our campsites only have drop toilets as they are out in the wilderness. Breakfast is at the campsite outside (if it rains we have a huge kitchen tent and tents to sit in on camp chairs).

      Anita

      TravelerWritten January 2025

Is there the option of a single supplement with this trip?

    • Infinite AdventuresOperatorWritten January 2025

We only have single supplement options with our camping trips but not with the 13 Day Highlights Tour as we sleep in yurts and small cabins and they don't have that many rooms available that we can offer a single supplement there.
