    2.5 - Average

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the tour because we have been overwhelmed with activities and not great value has been placed on the nature of New Zealand. In addition, our tourguidin was super nice but unfortunately not a tour guide but a taxi driver, who pointed out to us, simply the respective receptions of the hostels to ask, if we have questions or need help. Unfortunately, too many things were not included, so that you had to spend almost the same price you paid for the tour in advance, again for food and activities. I came specially from Germany to get to know the nature of New Zealand and not to do a skydive in every city. For all those who, like me, are supposedly too lazy to plan a tour themselves and therefore opt for this tour: Rent a Jucy Car and buy a travel guide. You do not even pay half the price and have more of New Zealand than with this tour.

The tour is a once in a life time opportunity, packed with plenty of amazing activities. My CEO, Jemma made all the difference, not only being a great guide she went above and beyond for everyone on my bus.

What are people saying about TourRadar?

  • Lynette12th April 2018
I haven't travelled yet but from what I've seen so far I'm extremely happy I have chosen to travel with TourRadar. From my very first enquiry I was impressed. I had been researching a number of companies to find the right tour for us but all the others took their time in replying and I had to ask a number of times for information. The team at TourRadar were always prompt with answering me and very forthcoming with information. The website was easy to use and I was very impressed that it had so much information. What information I couldn't find on the website was quickly given to me once I asked. Would I refer TourRadar to my friends.....I already have! Now I can't wait to travel
