  Can we book pre and post-accommodation at the same hotel we're staying in during the tour? Could you please provide the names of the hotels?

    We do not arrange pre or post-tour accommodation, but we're happy to advise you on the hotel used for the tour once the details are confirmed. At this stage, your departure is too far in advance for us to give you a confirmed starting hotel. Hotels used for the tour are arranged closer to the departure date. Due to the fact that our hotels are subject to change, we do not provide inaccurate information beforehand to minimise any confusion that may be caused. We expect the hotel details to be available around early January next year, which is roughly 90 days before your departure. Once the hotel is confirmed, you can then look into booking your additional nights directly with the property or through a booking platform if you would like to stay at the same hotel.

    Our tours are based on twin-share accommodation by default, with two separate single beds. If you prefer a double bed, you can request this when booking, and we'll be happy to pass the request on to our Operations team. Please note that double beds are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
    
    Airport transfers are not included with our tours. Once you have chosen your flights, we're happy to provide guidance on the best way to travel from the airport to the tour's starting hotel.

  can we conclude this tour in Yorkshire rather than heading to London we have relatives in Hexham short trip by train from Yorkshire

    That is certainly possible. If you decide to book this tour and would prefer to end your journey in Yorkshire instead of returning to London, you are welcome to leave the tour early. Please note that you will need to arrange your own transportation from the point where you leave the tour. We also recommend informing your tour leader of your plans so they are aware of your intended departure. For reference, the tour normally ends at 6:00 PM outside Hotel Novotel at Greenwich Station in London.

    Regarding your first question, there would be no refund or price adjustment if you choose to leave the tour early in Yorkshire. Our tours are sold and priced as a complete itinerary rather than by individual days or segments. As for your luggage, each traveller is allowed: One main suitcase up to 20 kg and One carry-on bag up to 7 kg. As long as each of your two large suitcases belongs to one traveller and does not exceed the 20 kg allowance, that will be absolutely fine.

    If you're planning to leave the tour in York and travel to the original meeting point in London, the distance from York to Novotel Greenwich Station is approximately 210 miles (340 km). The journey typically takes around 2 to 2.5 hours by train from York Railway Station to London, followed by a short journey on the London Underground or DLR to Greenwich Station, which is just outside the meeting point at: Novotel Greenwich, 173-185 Greenwich High Rd, London SE10 8JA, United Kingdom

On your journey from Killarney to County Sligo, the tour travels along the Wild Atlantic Way and includes a stop at the Cliffs of Moher, where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular coastal views. This visit is included in the tour and is not an optional excursion.

  What time does the tour start? What time does the tour end? How much extra for a private room? Can you help with timing and rates for a nonstop flight from Atlanta and return? Is it possible to fly in on the day the tour begins? I'm concerned about timing or whether an extra hotel day is necessary. My dates are flexible if there are significant savings on airfare.

    The tour starts in London at 6:30 AM on Day 1, so you'll need to be at the meeting point and ready to depart at that time.
    
    The tour concludes in London at approximately 6:00 PM on the final day, although this can vary depending on traffic conditions. We recommend allowing some flexibility when planning your onward travel.
    
    The cost of a private room upgrade varies by departure date and availability. You can view the exact supplement by selecting your preferred departure and adding the private room option in the booking cart, where a full price breakdown will be shown.
    
    While we don't arrange flights directly, you're welcome to book your own flights to suit your schedule. Given the early 6:30 AM departure time, we strongly recommend arriving in London at least one day before the tour begins, especially if you're travelling from Atlanta on an international flight. This helps avoid any stress caused by flight delays or jet lag.
    
    Similarly, as the tour ends around 6:00 PM, we suggest booking your return flight for later that evening or, for extra peace of mind, staying an additional night in London before flying home.
    
    Although pre- and post-tour accommodation isn't included in the tour package, you're free to arrange extra hotel nights independently if you'd like additional flexibility.
    
    Since your travel dates are flexible, it may also be worth comparing different departure dates, as airfare can vary significantly depending on the season and day of travel.

    We do welcome many solo travellers on our tours, and our groups are very mixed in age and travel experience. You will not be alone in this, as we often have travellers who are visiting internationally for the first time as well as others who are more experienced.
    
    Our tours are designed to be group-based and fully guided, so everything is organised for you, including accommodation, transport, and sightseeing. This makes it a great option if you are not an experienced traveller, as you will always have support from your Tour Leader and the group throughout the journey.

  I am 73, my sister is 78. Do you have a tour that is low intensity? We can both walk, but my sister needs to sit occasionally, to avoid breathing issues.

    All travellers are required to carry their own luggage throughout the tour. Our walking tours can last up to around 3 hours at a time, and some locations may include stairs, uneven surfaces, and periods of continuous walking.
