For the Contiki Rome to London Quest, the accommodation style is fixed as multi-share, with up to six travelers of the same gender sharing hostels or hotels. Unfortunately, this itinerary does not allow upgrades to private or couple-shared rooms. However, if you prefer to share a room with your partner, we recommend booking the Contiki Rome to London Quest Plus, which offers twin-share accommodation options. Please note that the Quest Plus version will only be available in 2027.

We are two people planning to travel together, and we would prefer to share a room for most, if not all, of the trip. Could you please confirm whether a twin-share room option is available so that we may stay together throughout the tour?

Is the tour finishes in Amsterdam or in London? I'm reading with my understanding that it's either you depart in Amsterdam or you can continue and complete your tour in London.

The tour officially concludes in Amsterdam at 10:00, but you also have the option to continue on to London, where the trip ends at 18:30. If you choose London as your final stop, a post-night stay is required, since arrival is later in the day.

Is there no free spots left? Would I be able to book if one is free later?

You are allowed to bring one suitcase per traveler, with a maximum weight of 20kg (44 lbs) and maximum dimensions of 73cm x 50cm x 25cm.

Ri was the best tour manager! I met her the night before our trip started, she reached out to me and asked if I wanted to come and meet everyone for a drink. She made me feel super welcome and introduced me to everyone. She was so organised and made me feel really at ease about the whole trip. The itinerary was great, I thought the amount of days was also perfect and I didn’t feel too exhausted by the end of the contiki. Ri is so happy, bubbly and friendly!! She had sheets about each city we were going to with our itinerary, where we were staying, what to do if you didn’t do any ad ons. Our bus driver was amazing too! She organised games for the bus when we were all over it on long days, she had our daily song which was the first song played on the bus everyday - I still listen to it and it brings back so many memories. I will definitely be doing more contikis and I wish I could have her as my manager for all of them!!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Contiki. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Contiki will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Contiki" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
