can you tell me what ages have already booked on this tour?

We have only 1 spot available on this trip departure. Since this trip is for travelers between 18 to 35s, majority of the travelers on this departure are in their 20s.

I wanted to know the date and exact time for the tour so we can book flights based on that. We are travelling from London to Antalya. I would also like to know if we can get help from airport to the location transfer (if something available) and the time for the tour end so we can have our flight booked beforehand.

The trip begins with a welcome meeting at 8 am on Day 01 and ends on Day 06 after breakfast. Yes, we certainly can assist you in arranging arrival and departure transfers.

Looking to customize tour as follows: Antalya, Pammukkale, Cappadocia include hot air balloon, north & south tour, drop or fly to istanbul tour ends or add 1 extra day for epheseus tour. We can reach antalya by ourselves or you can include flight from istanbul to antalya.

We are unable to accommodate your request at this time, as the minimum passenger count required to operate a custom trip has not been met. There need to be at least four travellers. The selected tour is the closest match to your preferences, and we believe it offers a fantastic experience as is.

Can the last night's hotel fee for us please be waived, at least for a major portion?

You can leave the trip at any point by signing a waiver form but there won't be any refunds or cost reductions if you choose to leave the trip a few days prior.

Does the price include entrance fees? It's written that there are options to explore for cappadocia (Ex. Hike or shopping) so how much of the tour will we he left alone and how much time/days will be a guided tour? It's also written we may use public transport, will we have to travel with our luggage on those busses? Is the tour guaranteed, it not how many people have signed up for may 6th date?

Yes, you will have to transport your own luggage. Generally speaking, we recommend you pack as lightly as possible and make sure that you are able to carry and lift your own luggage, and walk with it for short distances. The Group size for this tour is Min 1 - Max 16 and we have 3 spaces left on the Monday, May 6, 2024 departure.

is this tour includes food and accommodation?

There are 04 night and one over night bus for accommodation. and for meals 4 breakfasts and one dinner is included.

Is there any tour available starting mid of april between (april 17- 20) for 2 adults?

There is no availability in April between (17- 20) next available space is from 22 April 2024 onwards.

Can we add a hot air balloon experience to the 6 day Turkey tour? And roughly how much extra would that cost

I feel like I got to see and do more than what I was expecting and although it was a fast paced trip it was also so fun to experience. I am so glad I got to see and explore the places I have been and with such a great group of people. A special thanks to my leader Gülce Aydogan. I feel she worked with our group so well, happy to have a laugh with us but helped us get the most out of our trip the entire time. Although we did have some stressful and unpleasant moments with members of our trip she handled it fantastically. While respectfully handling those situations she still made sure that everyone else’s trip was not effected by that and it has paired off. I have loved this trip and will again choose Intrepid for further travel.Show more

The only criticism With the Anzac Day tour it would be good to add an extra day so we don’t have to miss Troy, and some updating of travel times on the itinerary as they were often way off.
