Will this tour involve a lot of physical activities?

Whilst this isn't a particularly fast paced tour, you should be able to walk across flat distances for a short period of time in order to keep up with the tour. Unless you have a medical condition which may affect your physical fitness most people of basic fitness will enjoy this tour without any stress.
