Will I receive a full itinerary with Hotel names, activities, tour guide names, pick up time and locations etc. prior to the start of the tour? If I arrive one day prior to the official start of the tour I book, can I have get the room (of course for an additinal cost) and the included pick up at the airport? For the internal flights mentioned, will I receive the Tickets right after booking the tour? The name of the Junk Boat was not listed with the 3 stars hotels.
