This tour does include some of your interests such as the Seine River and Loire Valley however, there is not a visit to Louvre and Giverny, Dijon, and hike in the Paule Valley of Painters. Those may have to be scheduled independently during your free time.

Is Honfleur on the same day as Giverny, Rouen, and Deauville? That seems like a lot to squeeze in.

Can you help me to get a connection from the Spain trip ending on July 4, 2026 over to to the France trip beginning July 4, 2026. I don't know if there is a train between those two countries or I would need to book a plain trip.
