We had a very good experience with Marvelous Travels. The tour was perfect to discover the area from Mexico City to Yucatan in 2 weeks. The program included a good mix of nature experience and discovery of various cities. The transport/ pick up was always on time (beside of the night bus from Oaxaca to St. Cristobal de las Casas). Olivia was a very cautious tour operator and was always reachable and calm in cases of any problems. We can recommend this tour and are happy to have made such good experiences in Mexico!Show more

The itinerary is confusing and incomplete. It is not clear what you need to do eg they don't specify whether you have to do the tour with all your luggage as you don't come back to the hostel you were at. They only tell you after you bought the tour that you don't get to do some main activities due to covid. They replaced them with not exciting ones. There were two bad hostels: Rossco in San Cristobal and Casona Boutique. Rossco was so dirty I refrained from using the bathrooms and Casona had cockroaches. The lady on the support whatsapp number didn't always reply and it was during decent hours like 8 pm and she was unprofessional and rude.Show more

I had a wonderful time in Mexico. I have to thank the TourRadar for planning a great trip and that I could visit so many places just in 12 days. Because my flight was delayed and I came a day after, they couldn't provide me a transfer from the airport to the first hostel. I missed the first tour also however, they refunded money for that. I highly recommend to steal a blanket on an airplane or take your own because the buses are very cold. The tour stops for a meal at the restaurant, which offers a buffet snack (not included in the tour price). Usually, it is not worth the tourist prices, it is better to take your own with you and eventually eat in the city (cheaper). Don't forget to take your swimsuit to Hierve el Agua and Agua Azul.Show more
