They should have at least tour us around the city to give us a Birds Eye view of the places, we’re forced to tour around the city ourselves which is time consuming.They should also give us more time in Madrid which is a lot to exploreShow more

- FSFrederick· December 10th, 2023First, information right before our trip was scarce… mostly we got promotional information for future trips. Our guides on the bus knew little about Spain, not that they shared much unless you asked. Even then, the guide either asked the bus driver or googled it. Mostly it was a bus ride only. First city on the “tour” was Madrid, which we arrived at after dark and left the next morning before sunrise. Why bother going? En route to Madrid we stopped for lunch… worst food during our entire stay plus it gave me diarrhea for two days. Valencia is another city we didn’t really see. Just a place to overnight and we were left on our own to explore a city we didn’t know alone after dark. Fortunately we built in time for ourselves on the front and back of this trip in Barcelona, otherwise it too was not on the tour. This was basically an expensive bus ride with tours of only three cities. - CBChokri· August 21st, 2023Overall, I think it was a good way to see most of the country in the shortest time possible. Some things could’ve been better but it was expected. The guides are fantastic and the vibe was nice, especially meeting other people from different countries. I recommend this tour for anyone who’s a bit “laisser faire” and be surprised day to day by what the trip has to offer. Finally, the accommodation was a bit random: some hotels were nice, others not so much. There were some problems with hotel drop off and accommodations. For example on our first day they just dropped us of in another hotel to commute to our designated hotel with very little instruction since our tour guide was in a rush to go to another place. All the taxis could not go to our hotel saying streets were closed. When we arrived in our hotel, room accommodations were not yet made. I also felt that some locations needed a little bit more time for us to enjoy and explore such as Cordova. I wished we had an hour more. My guide was knowledgeable and she willingly joined in with the group making good connections with us all! The driver was safe and chatting away with the group and was part of the fun! Our accommodation was outstanding… I was shocked and surprised at the quality of all the hotels we stayed in! The day tours booked were fantastic… visually and intellectually stimulating!
