We are truly sorry to hear that your trip was affected by a health issue, and we sincerely hope that you have made a full recovery. However, we would like to clarify that VPT acts as the tour operator and booking manager, but is not responsible for the preparation, handling, or quality of the food served by the hotels. The hotel you refer to is one of our regular partner properties. We work with it on a weekly basis and, to date, we have never received a similar complaint. Furthermore, no other members of your group reported any illness or discomfort related to the food during their stay. While we understand your concern, we believe that attributing this unfortunate incident to VPT does not accurately reflect the service we provide or the responsibilities of the parties involved. Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent tour. We are pleased to know that, overall, you enjoyed the trip. However, we would like to address the points you mentioned. Regarding the Alhambra visit, we would like to clarify that access to the Nasrid Palaces was not included in the tour. Due to the extremely limited availability of tickets, it is often almost impossible to guarantee admission in advance. Our brochure clearly states that the tour includes a visit to the spectacular monumental complex of the Alhambra and Generalife, but it does not mention admission to the Nasrid Palaces. With respect to your dietary requirements, we sincerely regret that your preference not to eat pork was not taken into consideration appropriately in Granada. Nevertheless, we understand that an alternative dish was provided by the restaurant. We are sorry if the service you received did not meet your expectations and will share your comments with our local suppliers for review. Regarding the coach and the taxi arrangements for the flamenco evening, we appreciate your comments and will pass them on to the relevant departments so they can be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services. Dear passenger, we apologise for the initial confusion that arose at the start of your tour, as changes were made to your booking and a new booking was created on Tourradar which had not been updated in our system; however, the guide, without causing you too much trouble, allowed you to board the coach and begin the journey until it was confirmed with the office that everything was in order. Everything was resolved within a few minutes. Regarding your comment that the coach did not stop in Salamanca on the return journey to Madrid, we have spoken to the driver who was on that route, and she informs us that they did not stop in Salamanca as all the passengers said they did not want to stop because they had already visited the city... We hope that, apart from these minor inconveniences, you enjoyed the trip.
