  My bank is not accepting online payment at the moment. Would it be possible for you to provide a bank account number so that I can transfer a deposit now, and then complete the remaining payment by card when I arrive in person?

    While we're unable to accept bank transfers at this time, we do offer a variety of flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can use multiple types of credit cards to secure your booking, and PayPal is also available as a convenient payment method. Additionally, if you have a card that works for securing the booking, you can easily update and switch your primary payment method at a later time to pay the remaining balance. Please also note that the full balance must be paid before the tour departs, so it would not be possible to complete the remaining payment in person upon arrival.

  We are looking for two booking as we are freinds and looking to have priavate rooms for both of us. We like your tour in July from Madrid to Barcelona; we like to know what your cancelation terms are? We also like to know whether you are able to cater for datary intolerances.

    Advance reservations
    EUR €50 fee will apply to those bookings canceled a minimum of 15 days prior to departure date.
    5% cancellation fee will apply between 10 and 15 days prior to departure date.
    15% cancellation fee will apply between 3 and 9 days prior to departure date.
    25% cancellation fee will apply between 48 hours and 24 hours to departure
    No shows on the departure day, 100% cancellation fee will apply.
    In the event of special conditions with any supplier, such as airlines, shipping companies, special fares, etc., the cancellation policy to be applied will be the one previously agreed by both parties.

  We are a group of 4 couples and 1 single (total 9 adults) planning a private trip in Andalucía in October and would like a quotation for: Private transportation with an English-speaking driver. Hotel accommodation with breakfast only (no lunches or dinners). 10 October (Sat): Arrival to Málaga in morning or midday. Private transfer Málaga Airport → Granada. 2 nights in Granada (10–11 Oct): 4* hotel near the historic center, breakfast included. 11 October (Sun): Full day in Granada for Alhambra, Generalife and viewpoints (local guide optional). 12 October (Mon): Late morning transfer Granada → Córdoba. 1 night in Córdoba (12 Oct): central 4* hotel, easy access to the Mezquita, breakfast included. 13–14 October (Tue–Wed): Morning transfer Córdoba → Seville. 2 nights in Seville (13–14 Oct): central 4* hotel, breakfast included. 15 October (Thu): Morning transfer Seville → Gibraltar area. 1 night in or near Gibraltar (15 Oct): good 4* hotel, breakfast included. 16–17 October (Fri–Sat): 16 Oct: Transfer Gibraltar area → Marbella, with a visit to Ronda on the way if logistically reasonable. 2 nights in Marbella (16–17 Oct): 4* hotel, preferably walkable to restaurants/seafront, breakfast included. 18 October (Sun): Morning transfer from Marbella hotel to Málaga Airport for departure in the morning. Foreseen hotels or similar: Melia Granada (Granada), Hesperia Cordoba (Cordoba), Doña Maria (Seville), The eliott Hotel (Gibraltar), Melia Marbella (Marbella). PRICE PER PERSON: 3.200€ in doble room. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT 630€. Guided tours of the cities have not been included. I will quote them separately in case you are interested in doing any. Full day private tour: Sightseeing tour of Granada and Alhambra (general entrance with Generalife gardens, Nasrid Palace are not included) - 750€. City tour of Cordoba with Mezquita - 550€.     The tour departs from Madrid, but there are no visits to this city. The first day is Madrid-Merida-Seville. If you arrive on the second day, there is no problem, but you will miss the night in Seville and the visit to Seville. There will be no refund for these services that you do not take.

    The capacity of our vehicles depends on the number of people booked on the bus. From 2 to 65 passengers. It can be a 7-seater minivan, a 54-seater coach or a double-decker coach.

    We have availability. If you book one room for two people, you can request two beds or one double bed, but we cannot guarantee the type of bed in the hotels. Or you can book two single rooms if you want two passengers in separate rooms.
