  I was disappointed that at first that my reservation was cancelled and it was not. Then most of tour was OK. I would have liked more history on the places we did visit. Instead of just being taken to town square and told you have 2 hours on your own. My 4th and final day we were supposed to go to Salamanca and Avila per the itinerary but that did not happen we came straight back from Oveira to Madrid. That was very disappointing.Show more

  Dear passenger, we apologise for the initial confusion that arose at the start of your tour, as changes were made to your booking and a new booking was created on Tourradar which had not been updated in our system; however, the guide, without causing you too much trouble, allowed you to board the coach and begin the journey until it was confirmed with the office that everything was in order. Everything was resolved within a few minutes. Regarding your comment that the coach did not stop in Salamanca on the return journey to Madrid, we have spoken to the driver who was on that route, and she informs us that they did not stop in Salamanca as all the passengers said they did not want to stop because they had already visited the city... We hope that, apart from these minor inconveniences, you enjoyed the trip.

  Totally awesome tour! I was blown away by the beauty of Northern Spain . Elena did a great job guiding us throughout the tour . Joao drove us safely to all the destinations. So much beautiful sceneries, great hotel accommodations with great breakfast and dinner. I also want to Thank Tom , who guided me from Oviedo , Salamanca and into Madrid . Shout out to Tom and Enrique , our driver for dropping me off at my hotel . My sincere gratitude. It was a very good tour , commendable crew , the sights are so beautiful especially the Sanctuario de Covadonga and Santander. Thank you !Show more

  The north is totally different from south spain. The tour is along the costal areas. Many old towns and is self guided tour. Basically the agency transport you from point to point. Once reach, it will be self guided tour on your own. You take a map from the hotel or use Google map then explore the area on your own. Some of the hotel stays were below 3 stars especially the last one. Perhaps they want to save electricity and the lobby was dim. Not light up. Communication from the tour coordinator (not tour guide that accompanied us) got to be clear and better. Information keeps changing especially on timing. Not recommended for those who speak English only.Show more

The rest of the places visited, the accompanying guide gives an explanation about the next city. All our tours are bilingual in English and Spanish. All our tour guides are professionals with extensive experience and have been working for our company for a long time and to date we have not received any complaints from any client regarding their professional role or personal attitude towards our clients. The guides that carry out this circuit and specific visits, speak perfect English. All duly certified and checked before starting their work with VPT.

  Alonso Lopez Ramirez was out tour guide and our driver was Pedro Pablo . I have to recommend this tour and this company . His knowledge , his experience, his dedication even when raining was amazing. The driver made us feel save even on such high mountains and during raining conditions . This was a family trip and we had a splendid time. All the Hotels were five stars. All meals fresh and with great taste. I have nothing bad to say . This was a short and perfect trip .Show more

  It was a good tour. There were many Spanish speaking tourists there but they accommodated well for the only 2 English speaking tourists, us. Alonso, our guide, was very easy to understand and very helpful. You do spend a lot of time traveling the 1st day, but the last 3 days gives you more time in the cities. This is more of a tour to go into a town for max 2.5 hours or less and take pictures/eat/etc. This is how most tours are though, and we are ok with that. It allows us to see more of the country. The dinners are a great addition to the tours. They give you full meals and allows you to get to know some of the other tourists. Overall, good experience for what we paid!Show more

  It really was a well organised and managed tour. Excellent selection of cities and hotels, good vans and expert/ chatty drivers, especially Gabreal. Just a few suggestions, please, not complaints: 1. Please try and skip Oviedo city. There is nothing there to see, except the church and the old city.The hotel selected also was not as per the quality of the other 2 hotels we stayed in. And obviously the quality of food served was nothing to talk about!!! 3. Can we instead look at staying in Salamanca? Or near that great city? What a place to visit. We could spend more quality time there instead of Oviedo. And we were given just an hour...totally inadequate, please. 4. Perhaps we can have a taped information message of each place we visit, since the drivers of the vans had just basic information about each town, not what a professional guide has. Clearly the element of cost control was being implemented!!! 5. Please do include a city tour of both Barcelona and Madrid. In any case, we pay to use the city tour on the red/ yellow buses. So include that 14/16 euros in your tour amount and increase the rates charged accordingly. I am sure your guests will pay willingly. We would have loved a city tour with an experienced guide. Overall a magnificent experience and we are still raving about this visit to our friends and family, back in India.Show more
