For the first time, we would like to offer our sixth-year students—ages 17–18, general secondary education—an Easter trip to Andalusia in 2027. Interest has exceeded all expectations: no fewer than 104 students signed up. As a result, we will likely have to organize two trips. The Easter break runs from March 27 through April 11, 2027. We prefer the first week of the Easter break. We are flexible: departure could be as early as Thursday evening, March 25, and return anytime through Friday, April 2. The trip may last 5 to 6 days, depending on flights, price, and availability. For now, we're planning two identical programs, with approximately 52 students and 5 teachers per group. We are considering a flight from Antwerp or Brussels to Málaga. Would it be possible for you to arrange pre- and post-trip transportation from Arendonk, or possibly from a central P+R location? Our target budget is approximately €950 per student. We would also appreciate information about possible trip cancellation insurance. We prefer hostels, ideally centrally located so that the students can truly experience the atmosphere of the cities. Please include breakfast. Students may, of course, share rooms, but preferably with private bathrooms. We request separate rooms for the teachers. During the trip, we would like to include the following cultural highlights: Granada – Alhambra, Córdoba – Mezquita, possibly as a stopover while passing through, Seville – Real Alcázar, Málaga – Alcazaba, if feasible. We're also considering a few activities and experiences: Caminito del Rey, catamaran cruise, possibly kayaking or canyoning, if feasible within the schedule and budget, possibly renting bikes in Seville, a flamenco experience or show, one evening dedicated to a group bonding activity, such as dining together in a food court or tapas-style setting, plenty of free time to enjoy the sun, sea, beach, small squares, and the local atmosphere. We'd like to strike a good balance between culture, adventure, and free time. Could you please provide us with a no-obligation quote for this trip? We would also appreciate more information about possible itineraries, available dates, practical arrangements, estimated prices, and any suggestions or alternatives that, based on your experience, could add value to the trip.
