Our travel guide Nacho was brilliant and provide briefings for the day and suggestions of activities to do and arrange for entry tickets where required. He is the saving grace of the tour. The tour organisers use public transport and taxis wherever possible and this is fine but restricts access to field trips resulting in very few field trips to such as suburbs of Granada, Cordoba and the fabulous Plaza Espana in Sevilla (its free entry). Very few entries to attractions were included with the main exception being Alhambra. Welcoming and farewell dinners were not included.

Excellent choice of cities and hotels which were great clean and great location. The tour director was nice and tried to help when possible but sometimes she didn’t understand our needs. The size of the group was just right, and fortunately, everyone was very friendly. I was one of the oldest in the group, so in the heatwave weather, sometimes found it hard to keep up. There were people in the group who were consistently helpful and caring.
It was a great tour as far as the itinerary was concerned with all the highlights of Andalusia covered. The main deficit was communication. For example there was no information regarding pick up from Hotel Praga so we took a taxi to the starting point! We also needed info about the norms surrounding tipping the local guides who were excellent. It would help if we had more structure on our free time with a handout on highlights and transport options especially in Granada. Inez was a pleasant and competent bilingual guide. Sometimes however, the noise within the mini bus made it difficult to catch everything she said.
