Throughout this trip, we use a range of comfortable hotels, handpicked for their location and easy exploration of the cities we are staying in.

1. The download states "3 nights simple hotel & 10 nights standard hotel"? But there are only 9 nights in a hotel total? What should this be? 2. Are all entrance fees and activities mentioned in the itinerary included in the tour price (eg for Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Grenada - Alhambra etc subject to availability) as is stated for "Andalusian Feelings" download, but not the "Moorish Andalucia"?

It is nine nights in a comfortable hotel for this tour, which is generally 3-4* accommodation. In regards to all the entrance fees, these are included in the cost of the tour. The only things not included are the optional activities below: Cordoba - Flamenco show €25. Granada - Tapas evening €30; Cathedral entrance €5; Royal Chapel entrance €4. Seville - Bicycle tour of the city €25 (three hours); Casa de Pilatos entrance €6; Giralda Cathedral entrance €9; Parque Maria Luisa is free entry. Cabra - Olive Oil Museum approx €3

Are there elevators or handicapped rooms available?

Our tours are quite active and involves walking tours, exploring historical sites, and navigating uneven terrain. As such, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Additionally, the hotels included in the itinerary do not have elevators, which could pose a challenge. Our trips all require a good level of fitness and good mobility based on the nature of our trips.

Can I buy travelers' or medical insurance after booking my tour?

The tour could have used better hotels and guides for more of the sites we visited (we had only 2 in 10 days). There was too much "free time" and too little guidance as to what to do with it. I loved the Spanish trains, but wrangling 16 people onto them and other public transportation was crazy and once almost ended in disaster. Although this tour was dubbed "Moorish Andalusia," and this is why we took it, there was not much sense of putting the whole thing together historically. I would not use this company again.Show more

The size of the group was just right, and fortunately, everyone was very friendly. I was one of the oldest in the group, so in the heatwave weather, sometimes found it hard to keep up. There were people in the group who were consistently helpful and caring.Show more

All of the included attractions were well worth the visit and having 2 private tour guides was a fantastic addition. Siri did her best to wrangle our group and gave us good information about the region as we traveled. But it was hard for her to do that efficiently since we weren't always seated together in transit. It could have cut down on time once we arrived to each city to already have that information. She had a lot to juggle between the different personalities, Admin work and prepping for each day but she truly cared about us having a wonderful time and is clearly enthusiastic about what she does.
