  Hi Anthony Thanks for your comments, we regret that our guides on Morocco did not meet you expectations, sometimes It is not easy to understand their behaviour. Regarding the language, the info provided in our tours is the same in English and Spanish, although sometimes the guides can use more words in Spanish to provide the same info.

  Overall the trip was good. I was able to see a lot of Spain and Morocco in a very short timeframe. The guides were friendly and made sure we got from place to place timely, and the drivers were excellent. Some hotels were better than others I particularly felt the hotel in Fez was far below what was expected. My personal preference would have been more time in Torremolinos, vs going to Rabat and felt a more centralized spot in Granada would have added more value to my time there. The big issue for me was I did not speak Spanish and this tour was listed as English and Spanish and really is geared towards the Spanish speaking tourist.Show more

  - First of all the advertised tour and the pdf brochure send shows on the map that the tour covers Spain, Morocco and Portugal, but to my surprise when i got there that the tour won’t cover Portugal at all, which is false advertisement and waste of money for 2 countries when I could have done 3 countries for the same price in other tours. - I was told the tour will be english. However the tour was all in Spanish. The tour guide in Spain barely speaks english and struggled to translate what she was saying in Spanish. The tour guide in Morocco would speak 90% in Spanish telling the history and stories about the country and places we visit, then translate 10% of what he said in English and ignore the rest of the information he said in Spanish which was disrespectful and disappointing. - The tour guides from your company in Morocco demands tips and take us to visit shopping places thats owned by their friends and push us to buy from there, Also i was touched and harassed by the carpet shop owner where our tour guide took us in Fez. - The tour guides never tell you whats the plan for the tour today and tomorrow as every other tour does so you can plan your day and be aware what things and clothes are needed for the next day. - Only the bus driver in Morocco was really friendly and helpful - Some of the hotels were terrible, you say they are 5 star hotels but they have nothing working and the worst customer service. Especially Zalagh Parc Palac in Fez everyone in the tour group was complaining about, i had to change between 3 rooms and each one has its problem between no wifi connection, the bed sheets are not clean, the air conditioner not working, no signal on tv, the water temperature fluctuates in the shower from too hot to too cold in seconds and no customer service consultant carried to fix anything. - The dinners provided in the hotels are terrible, they are all the same food you eating for 12days. NO traditional food at all, all food provided is continental and you don’t get to try and traditional or local food as part of the tour at all.Show more

  We went on an English/Spanish tour. In fact it was 85% Spanish and 15% English, very frustrating.
