On day 8, the itinerary does state that your flight cannot depart earlier than 14:00, however if you want the exact time, we can ask our team however to do so we would need you to place a tour on hold in order for us to ask.

I'd like separate cabins. What is the price for a cabin each? Also, what is you policy on vaping?

All prices are based off two passengers sharing a cabin. On our sailing trips the G Adventures Skipper CEO will help you organise a food kitty, where 70 EUR per person, per week will be added to the kitty for small food items on board to cover breakfasts, lunches and snacks, as well as the odd dinner. Breakfasts and lunches are prepared by yourself, and most dinners are taken ashore at local restaurants. We recommend that you allow USD250-325 for your dinners not included. All activities are weather dependent, and may vary slightly by season or local availability. Guests should expect to spend anywhere from €30 to €80 on optional activities per day during the trip, depending on interest and conditions at the islands we stop at.

You will need to be at the meeting point by 1pm. An included transfer will go from the meeting point to the Marina (roughly 30-40 minutes). It is ideal to arrive at least 15 minutes prior at the meeting point as the transfer leaves at 1pm sharp.

Any single room supplement?

A single room is possible (subject to availability) for an additional 80% of the tour cost, as the private room would reduce the number of travellers allowed on this tour by one. As an example, to keep things simple, a $1000 twin share cabin would be £1800 to convert to a private cabin.

I will have a suitcase as I'm travelling for near 5 months, is there any way to accommodate that or not really?

Space is limited on the boat and especially in your cabin (you will also be sharing the cabin). You can only take soft-sided luggage on board, such as a mid-sized backpack or soft duffel bag. (Less than 15 kgs). Suitcases are not appropriate for our Sailing adventures as they are not pliable enough to fit into the niches available for luggage. It would be best to find a place to store your extra luggage for the duration of the tour.

We do have space available on the 7 June departure in our standard double cabin. Eating is a big part of traveling. Travelling with G Adventures you experience the vast array of wonderful food that is available out in the world. Generally meals are not included in the trip price when there is a choice of eating options, to give you the maximum flexibility in deciding where, what and with whom to eat. It also gives you more budgeting flexibility. Our groups tend to eat together to enable you to taste a larger variety of dishes and enjoy each other's company. There is no obligation to do this though. Your CEO will be able to suggest favourite restaurants during your trip. On our sailing trip the G Adventures Skipper CEO will help you organise a food kitty, where 60-70 EUR per person, per week will be added to the kitty for small food items on board to cover breakfasts, lunches and snacks, as well as the odd dinner. Breakfasts and lunches are prepared by yourself, and most dinners are taken ashore at local restaurants.

The sailing trips are always based on shared/twin occupancy for pricing. If you wanted to pay for the full cabin then it's typically about double the cost of the trip since you would want the entire cabin. The April 26th departure date does not have a full cabin available so if you were considering this option you would have to see departures in May.

What general advice is given for managing onboard accommodations and resources?

Guests are expected to manage resources like water judiciously and participate in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, including managing waste properly.

I would like to point out that our travel vouchers had incorrect meeting information on them so a cab had to transfer us to the correct port in Trogir, 30 minutes away. We even called the 1800 number to verify that the meeting point was in Split and were told that it was correct, even though it was not. I was sent vouchers with the incorrect meeting point in Split again after our call, adding to the confusion. It all worked out in the end but we would have modified our plans for the previous day (we took a bus to Trogir) if we had known that we would be meeting in Trogir the following day.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
