The ending hotel is Sandmelis Hotel. Address: Av. Tomás de Berlanga E8-128 y, Quito 170150, Quito, Ecuador. If you don't wish to stay at that hotel on the last night, you can opt out and sign off the tour earlier. Please note no refund for unused services.

How can I pay for my booking?

You can make payments via credit card, bank transfer, or through selected online payment platforms. Please ensure your payment is completed by the due date provided.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures and you can also change your tour as many times as you like. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit.

We are very interested in this stay in the Amazon. However, the dates we can travel (12 April-19 April) are not available. Do you have anything similar?

I booked the Amazon local living because I thought i would go to the Amazon and see a bunch of coolnbig animals like pumas, jaguars, panthers big anacondas as well as birds monkeys and big non carnivore animals first problem out of 2 we weren't actually going to be in the Amazon more a cloud forest above the Amazon. We did go to a amazoo where they keep injured or endangered animals also animals to release. But no carnivores they had a little anaconda that was it. So extremely disappointed with that. Otherwise the guide was very good, friendly, funny knowledged. Most of the activities we did were good, one I just personally didn't enjoy myself was the plants tour, I'm not really interested in plants. Otherwise good tour.Show more

This was a very well planned out tour. Our guide, Victor was amazing, knowledgeable and lots of fun. We were kept busy every day, no time to be bored…but we were never pressured to participate if we didn’t want to. Many hikes with beautiful views, a lot of information on ice in the rainforest, and beautiful places to swim. Delfin’s family are so welcoming and always ready to help with anything…the food was amazing. Bike riding, football game with the local children, chocolate making, mud masks,scaling waterfalls, dart blowing (yay, I hit the target), swimming, visit to an animal rescue and a fun wedding, just to name some activities…the week was full, and we had the most fabulous group imaginable…I miss my Amazon ‘family’Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
