I sincerely enjoyed this experience with Europamundo — I loved the tour. There are good services and bad services, like good buses and bad buses, good guides and bad guides. The beginning of the tour was very good — guides Ricardo and Sonia were excellent, the buses very good. But there was one bus (number 69 with a kangaroo) that was very uncomfortable with no phone chargers. The so-called WiFi was not really available. The bus restroom was never allowed to be used. Guide Tomas is good; guide Marcia is not as good; with Jorge Frutos the atmosphere improved. Guide Jose Luis Paredes was the most deficient. My backpack with all my documents (passport, insurance, flight ticket) and souvenirs was stolen. I feel Europamundo abandoned me there. They could have at least accompanied me to complete those procedures.Show more

Throughout the tour we were dropped off at a meeting point and told to meet there at a certain time. This is fine but we were given very little information about what to see in each city and instead had to Google search everything about everything in the city. I wish we had skipped the town( about William Tell) before Interlaken and spent more time there(Interlaken). Our tour guide was super nice , but I wish she was more involved.Show more
