  We have good time , timing is good everyone arrived on time place that we visited r good the bus is great small group is great compare to large group but we met on the same place local guide assigned is good as well as our main guide , scheduleing of places we go is wonderful but the st the end of the tour the service to take to airport they gave us only a car we can’t hardly fixed our luggage in the car & the driver is so hesitant to get us in the car a (woman)she said We have to request for a big car but we’re 2 individual 2 persons & r flight is confirm day before but overall we have a great time no other incidents looking forward to to next trip thank you.Show more

  I just lost the review I wrote and will do so again. This will be a complicated review because it would have rated as excellent except for the price and the lack of immediacy and empathy or understanding from the communication services on line as there seemed to be no person we could speak to. As 80 year olds we prefer talking to a live person. But first the great stuff: The hotel used was Leonardo in Milan and it was great! Location, staff, services especially because we required a lot of help with train schedules etc, luggage and the many questions we had. Fantastic! It was a shame that we were given the hotel info very late by Tour Radar as we were hoping to book for earlier dates. The two tours that came with the package were outstanding as were the guides!! Lake Como and the Verona one. Highly recommends. However there was a change in the itinerary which made a big change in wake up times to get to the meeting places. We were apparently informed on the app but we are not app people and like communication via text or email or preferably the phone or what’s app when we are away travelling. No one was answering our questions as immediately as we wanted and there was no phone number to call someone from Tour Radar. By chance I went into the app which is not easy to navigate and found the notes for our itinerary days. They were different then what I had received before. It did not say please note the change! So we were not sure what was correct and the one immediate tour was the next day. We did phone the emergency number to Danny who seemed like the boss and he was very angry with us I guess for calling on a Sunday night. I had to call once more to confirm something and he was not polite or understanding. Tour Radar also did not answer immediately which was upsetting. And when they did answer on the app it seemed like I was being blamed for not checking my app. Luckily it all worked out and we had a fabulous time on both days thanks to the guides and to the bus drivers!! Sara, Guillermo, and I forget the older lady ( maybe Anna) and Massimo the driver… who all made sure my husband was accommodated. Now the price. I think I overpaid. Other people in the bus used Viator or get your guide or other venues and paid much less for these tours. When I added the hotel cost with the tour costs, it seems that I would have saved half my total cost by booking on my own. There wasn’t even a welcome letter at the hotel with instructions for me and my husband from Tour Radar with things to know, ideas for restaurants in area etc. Prep fir the tours. Etc etc. So it’s not like their service was what I paid extra for! And once I booked it wasn’t even refundable. I was actually worried in fact that it might be a scam since it took so long to get answers to my email Or communication questions. I was disappointed that when I asked for a detailed list of the costs involved when I believed I totally overpaid, I did not receive an answer. I was disappointed in their lack of empathy when I was confused about the change of dates. I would not book Tour Radar again but do it on my own. Thank goodness the two excursion days were more than wonderful as well as the hotel in more ways than I can express. I am usually not one to complain and I am a good customer who loves to praise when praise is due. And so now I will see what Tour Radar or Click Tours might do to make me feel more satisfied with their treatment of seniors who need clarification and kindness with every contact not waiting until I complain to them to suddenly seem apologetic. Thanks again to the great guides and bus drivers who led the tours to Como and Verona lake bled etc on August 31 and Sept 1. 2026.Show more
