  Hotels barely passable, each had issues, showers with broken faucets, or door didn't seal, and floors all wet after. No fridges, or safes in most. Tour guides were decent but the Spanish people got double the explanation or info then the English. The 2 meals in ireland were both the worst meals of the trip. The 1st the chicken was so burnt I could eat less then half of it anf 2nd I had the fish and it was inedible and had to return, and we had good fish and chips there but the hotels was like something out of a box uncooked batter around the fish and hard & thick outer batter, and Ceasars salad is pretty simple but not there it tasted like the sauce was going bad way too vinegar. The merging of groups was awful, 23 to 50 people, and those days the tour guides wouldn't even acknowledge us, we would have the go ask questions because lucky to get more then 5 min of English (between scotland&Ireland), leaving we got the original tour guide back and Yolanda at least helped us in the transition. The london specific tour guide who came on for the london tour (couple hours) was awesome. The locations were pretty good, busy but not too crazy. Would have liked a bit more time at a couple places but the tour was decent, just would have liked all in English. 1st half only 3 other English people, ireland added 2 Americans. We should have been advised of the language issue in advance. I would not use eurupamondo again. Since we were not td through them in advance I am unsure I trust tour radar either. My sept trip think I am planning myself.Show more

With regard to the language aspect of the tour, we fully understand your perspective. Nevertheless, we would like to clarify that the program booked was operated as a bilingual tour, in which all information is provided in both languages. Each group is assigned its own guide, and although the English-speaking passengers may not have represented the majority within the group, guides remain available to provide further explanations and clarify any points whenever needed.   Our tour guide Hercules was amazing. He spoke so many languages and explained everything in everyone's native language. And our driver Charles was also amazing. They were a great team that made our trip so enjoyable. We are planning on doing the tour again with more family members.Show more

  We are very pleased with the tour. The guides were very helpful and accommodating. Some guides struggled a little with English but made the effort to get it right. Most of the hotels were excellent. There was only one exception that was not up to the standards of the others but it was acceptable. I would recommend this tour to others without hesitation.Show more

  Off to a bad start as I was supposed to be picked up at Waverly Train Station in Edinburgh on Friday June 14th. It never happened and after several phone calls I had to find a taxi in the pouring rain to take me to the hotel. I missed all the tours that day and therefore the following day, as it was a free day had to take a train from the hotel back into Edinburgh to see the attractions that I had missed under my own steam and money. Other complaints I had was that as this was an "international tour" and I was the only person at the beginning of the tour whose first language was English, it was a very lonely experience. Not that the people were unpleasant, just that it was difficult to experience any friendships. Unfortunately, you did not appear at the designated meeting point within that period. We made attempts to contact you using the provided number initially without success, which further delayed our ability to resolve the situation promptly. Once we obtained the correct number, the waiting time had elapsed, and we advised you to take a taxi to ensure you reached your destination and could join the tour without further delays. We indicated the meeting point and the tour start times for the National Library of Scotland distillery tour at 2:00 pm and the Whisky Experience Edinburgh at 2:40 pm. Regarding the linguistic composition of the group, we understand your concern about being the only native English speaker at the beginning of the tour. Our tours are designed to be bilingual, providing a culturally enriching experience where passengers can interact and share experiences with people from different parts of the world. We regret that you did not find it easy to establish personal connections at the start of the tour.   There should be a disclaimer that this is a company out of Spain and that your main clientele are Spanish-speaking. I did not like the tour guide going back and forth explaining things in Spanish and English. It takes longer to explain things in Spanish. We found the Spanish-speaking clientele rude to English speakers. Additionally, we felt that the services were curtailed to them as well. They seemed to get better hotels, they didn’t have to transfer tour guides as much or swap buses. The locations you went to are great but more time is needed at most of the stops. I did not care for dinner at the hotels. Make more time for us to eat at the stops. Most of your tour guides were great! Jose and Debra were awesome tour guides!Show more

  Loved the chosen sites, met great people, had clean hotels and good free breakfasts! Communication during the tour between the tour and travelers, especially in relation to leaving/arriving details and posting places within the hotels caused problems multiple times. We lost time that could have been spent at our destinations. Knowing beforehand that our tour guides would not be native English speakers would have been verfy helpful to those of us who struggle with understanding unfamiliar accents. Having written daily details would have solved that problem.Show more
