Overall, we had a great experience and were happy to have picked this particular tour. The limited English from the tour guides (except Berlin) did detract from the experience, but we were notified that this would be a problem ahead of time. The itinerary did match the documentation for most of the trip, but there were exceptions with dinner. On multiple occasions we were expecting to be taken to an area of the city with restaurants per the documentation but then being left at the hotel. It would have been helpful to have been notified of the change ahead of time so we could plan better. It would also be helpful to be given accurate ETAs for coach stops. Frequently we weren't given information of when the next stop would be, or if we were, it was extremely inaccurate and this did not appear to be due to traffic.Show more

  For example, one sector of the tour that lasts two days could have around 10 passengers, while another sector could have 40–45 passengers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the entire itinerary will have the same group size.
  
  A group of around 10 passengers would be one of the smaller groups we could offer, depending on the departure and sector.
