  Excellent places but the tour guide , Maria was more interested in those who went for optional tours . Information was not given on time regarding the next day tour and it became difficult to plan . Cost of optional tours is too much as compared to normal tours . There should be more transparency in the daily schedule and guests should be informed in details .Show more

Having timely and detailed information is important when planning your free time, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been when this information was not provided as early as you expected. We are also sorry to read that you felt the Travel Director’s attention was focused more towards guests participating in Optional Experiences. Every guest should feel equally supported throughout their journey, regardless of which experiences they choose to join. Your comments regarding the cost of the Optional Experiences and the need for greater transparency around the daily schedule are also appreciated and will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration.   Marie was wonderful. We saw & learned so much. I didn’t think there would be that much walking , walking on the paved streets was interesting. We were surprised when we got dropped off to wonder for several hours without previous warning. My only complaint is that we were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus. We picked this tour over others because it clearly offered a bathroom on the bus. Very uncomfortable & limited coffee in the morning. The other issue was handling our own luggage. Especially hard when there were steps involvedShow more

We understand that this can be more demanding than expected, and your feedback is very helpful. We are also sorry that you were dropped off to explore for several hours without prior notice, as clearer communication would certainly have made this easier for you. Your concerns about the onboard restroom are completely understandable. We appreciate how uncomfortable it must have been, particularly as the availability of a bathroom was one of the reasons you chose this tour. We will ensure this is reviewed with our operations team so we can prevent similar disappointment in future. We also note your feedback about limited morning coffee options and the challenges of handling your own luggage, especially when steps were involved.
