  Lemosho Route (8 Days) vs Machame Route (7 Days)
  Both routes are excellent choices and have beautiful scenery. If your priority is the highest chance of reaching the summit, with more time for acclimatization, I would recommend the 8 Days Lemosho Route. It offers a more gradual ascent, spectacular and varied landscapes, and generally provides a more relaxed trekking experience.
  The 7 Days Machame Route is also an outstanding option. It is slightly shorter, very scenic, and has an excellent summit success rate, making it a favorite among many climbers.
