  I'd like to keep a majority of the planned activities intact, but I'd love to incorporate a few signature elements/experiences that I will provide as a host during free time or as optional group activities / scheduled around the already planned itineary if possible. These experiences are designed to encourage community, cultural immersion, wellness, and meaningful connections with the travelers that will be attending. they will include a welcome mixer featuring local food & drinks, a cultural immersion activity, a wellness or connection-focused experiences, a content/memory making opportunity, and a farewell gathering until the next meeting. I'm open to recommendations that fit the destination and work within the existing schedule.

    I understand the structure of the open group tour with hostel accommodation and the upgrade path to 4-star hotels. From my side, I'm currently exploring this as a group experience rather than individual bookings, so I'm primarily focused on how we can structure this in one of two ways: * A private group setup within the hostel model, with private rooms exclusively for my group, or * A fully private group experience with upgraded 4-star hotel accommodation, depending on how pricing and logistics align

    A group size of 6–10 people works perfectly for this tour. We would suggest planning the trip for the end of September, as the weather is usually very pleasant during that time. Please note that September is still considered high season, so booking well in advance is highly recommended.
