Bolzano
You'll arrive in Bolzano and start with a tour information meeting and bike fitting to get your setup just right. After that, the rest of the day is yours to wander around the capital city of South Tyrol on foot and get a feel for the place at your own pace.

- Day 2
Bolzano to Merano
This morning you'll cycle about 65 km from Bolzano to Merano, following the river Isarco and a scenic bike path the whole way. Once you reach Merano, there's time to check out the spa town including the old fortress, walk the Tappeiner way, and see the spa promenade. Later, you'll head back toward Bolzano through Lana, passing through vineyards and orchards before arriving at your hotel.

Bolzano
You'll ride about 45 km on scenic bike paths with really nice valley views throughout the day. Along the route you'll pass Sigmundskron castle, then continue through apple and grape orchards to reach Lake Caldaro. From there, you return via the Lake Montiggler nature reserve and cycle back to Bolzano.

Bolzano to Trento
Starting out, you'll ride about 65 km south on the Adige bike path from Bolzano through South Tyrol into Trentino, crossing from the German-speaking region into a new area. After some time in the saddle, you'll stop for lunch and then explore Trento's old town with its cathedral, historic palaces, and Castello del Buonconsiglio before heading back to Bolzano by train.

Bolzano to Bressanone
You'll take a train to Bressanone, a beautiful old cathedral town surrounded by vineyards. Spend time walking through the old town with its arcades and cathedral. On the return to Bolzano, you'll cycle through the medieval town of Chiusa and see the monastery Säben, then descend on an old railway line that's been converted into a scenic bike path.

Bolzano - Ritten Ridge
You'll take a panoramic cable car up to about 1,221 meters, reaching Upper Bolzano. From there, you can cycle or take a narrow gauge railway to Lake Wolfsgrubensee and Klobenstein to see the unique earth pillars, a natural phenomenon you won't see everywhere. For the return, you have options: either take the cable car back down or bike back down to the Isarco valley.
