All transportation is included in the package apart from a departure transfer which will be under own arrangements. Travel by bus accompanied at all times by an English speaking guide - you may have different guides for different sections of the trip and guiding may be in additional languages as well as English. When in Rome and where there is free time, the guests can visit Trevi Fountain however this is not included in the package. THE BAROQUE ROME. Walking tour conducted by a specialized guide. Several photo stops at the most iconic sites. Audio devices to ensure that all participants can hear the guide throughout the tour. Price approximately: 55 USD per person. There are a few optional excursions that can be booked, VATICAN MUSEUMS AND SISTINE CHAPEL - Entrance ticket to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica. Entrance through the priority lane, to eliminate waiting time. Visit conducted by an authorized and specialized guide. Audio devices to ensure that all participants can hear the guide throughout the tour. Price approximately: 90 USD per person. There are quite a few more optional excursions not included in the tour package which is best to book when you do receive documents from us around 30 days prior to departure as a link will be provided to the traveler's documents with our local team where they have the option to add on any excursions. They do cross the Alps on day 8 crossing into the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland however this tour does not really focus on the Alps. Our team does not book or offer the entrances to the palace of Versailles so this needs to be booked independently on tour, the guide can assist them to a ticket counter for this and it would need to be done in free time.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
