It was an amazing trek to Everest Base Camp with very helpful guides and a great group. Straight away from the onboarding calls we were given a lot of information and advice to manage the altitude so that we were well prepared and safe throughout the hike. The landscape changed day by day as we went up, from forest, to shrubs, to grasslands and eventually to just rocks from the glacier. The villages also changed as we went up, but we had good options for accommodation all the way there and back. The weather was clear and each day we could see the mountains all around, including many views of Everest. I'm now looking forward to taking on the next adventure, wherever that may be!Show more

I had the absolute best time trekking with Chris and the Climbing Mountains team. Attempting the trek to Base Camp Everest was something that I always thought was incredible. The Climbing Mountains team made the trek so seamless with their extensive wealth of knowledge. Their multiple onboarding calls were fantastic in giving us the information we needed prior to departing for the adventure. From information about what to bring and what to buy in Nepal saved us all so much money but it was also a great way to give business to the community we were visiting. The teams attention to detail made us all feel very safe during the long trek. From education regarding medications, ergonomics when ascending/descending stairs, and continuous monitoring of our oxygen levels, our safety was very clearly a priorty for the team. The Climbing Mountains guides were not only safety oriented but also so approachable and full of good humour, making the trek even more enjoyable and memorable. I will be HIGHLY recommending Climbing Mountains to anyone looking into doing any adventures and look forward to rebooking with them in the future!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Climbing Mountains. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 155 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Climbing Mountains will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Climbing Mountains" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
