Itinerary
- Day 1
Fes to Merzouga
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll head through the Middle Atlas Mountains where you can spot Barbary macaques in the cedar forests. The route takes you through Ifrane and down into the Ziz Valley on the way to Merzouga, with lunch arranged at whatever time works best for you. Late afternoon brings you to the desert for a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. You'll catch the sunset from high up on one of the dunes, then settle into a luxury desert camp for the evening where there's drumming, storytelling, and time to look at the stars.

- Day 2
Merzouga to Boumalne Dades
Start by watching the sunrise from the camp, then have breakfast before deciding how you want to get back to Merzouga town either by camel or 4x4. From there you'll travel through Rissani and Erfoud toward the Todgha Gorges. If your trip lands on Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday, there's a chance to walk through the traditional market in Rissani. You'll spend time walking along the Todra River under the high walls of Todgha Gorge in Tinghir. By afternoon you'll reach Boumalne Dades and take a scenic drive through the Dades Valley to see the 'monkey fingers' rock formations before checking into your hotel.

- Day 3
Boumalne Dades to Marrakech
After eating breakfast, the drive takes you to Ait Ben Haddou through the Valley of Roses and Ouarzazate, passing through several Berber villages along the way. While in Ouarzazate, you have the option to visit Atlas Studio where they've filmed movies like Game of Thrones and Gladiator, with sets and props still on display. Then you'll continue to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, explore it, and have lunch there. The final leg goes to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains and over the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2260 meters, with the drive passing through beautiful alpine scenery before arriving in the late afternoon.
