In 9 days we had 3 different buses, 6 different guides who mainly spoke Spanish and 3 different tour groups. The impression is that as a tourist you are shuffled back and forth in a logistical operation because it suits Europamundo and it allows them to maximize profits instead of putting the customer's travel experience first. Some hotels were substandard and paying extra for a single room that is very small is unacceptable in my opinion. The hotels I booked myself at start and finish were all 2-bed rooms for half the price. In short this was once but never again. Moreover, communication with TourRadar itself was extremely laborious, long waits for an answer and not reading the question but giving standard answers. I was never able to install the 1 Gb internet that was promised to me!!! So also TourRadar once but never again!Show more
