  Fantastic tour, would highly recommend! We were a family of 7 (6 adults, 1 child), and it was our first time visiting Japan. This tour was the perfect introduction to many of the must-see areas and attractions in the top areas of Japan. From the booking process through to the last day, we had an excellent experience (booked through Tourradar, with the local operator being Europamundo, both great companies). Hotels were wonderful (clean, good amenities, excellent locations, nice buffet-style breakfasts). Guides were fantastic (There were English and Spanish guides available throughout our entire tour). We felt the tour struck a good balance of including a lot of activities (good value for our money) but also some moments of downtime (definitely appreciated as long days combined with jetlag coming from Canada meant we started the tour fairly tired, but excited). After the tour, we stayed an extra 6 days in Japan (went to Universal Studios, stayed at some Ryokans in Hakone, spent a few days in Osaka and Tokyo). But we all agreed that even without those 6 additional days, we felt that from this tour alone we got a full and satisfying experience of Japan. It was initially tough to decide on what type and length of tour to go with (They start from 3 days, and go as long as 12-14!) and can get fairly pricey. In the end, we think this 7-day tour (effectively 5 really full days in the middle with an easy first and last day that were basically just to check-in / check-out) was a great balance of how much we got to see, with a budget that still worked for our family.Show more

All our guides are highly trained for their roles, but I will still request that they reinforce any areas where they feel they need further improvement to continue enhancing their service. Regarding the tour language, we have many Spanish-speaking guides, as most of our passengers speak Spanish. However, we are also well-prepared to welcome English-speaking passengers, and for this, we assign guides who have an advanced level in the language and who have no limitations in fulfilling their duties.   We just returned to Australia from our combined stay and tour package. The tour was great, we got to see many of the popular sites and the accomodation was always comfortable and clean. Hiroshima Hilton was a highlight. David-San and Kiko-San were very knowledgeable guides and overall the transport, accommodation, fees and experiences meant a good balance of expense with comfort. Cough Etiquette and mask wearing for coughing passengers could be further spruiked as there were many unwell people on our tour, which lead to my travel buddies and myself becoming unwell at the end of our trip.Show more
