You'll arrive in Bergen, Norway's second largest city, positioned between seven mountains and seven fjords. After you get settled, the rest of the day is yours to explore this gateway to the fjords at your own pace.

Bergen
The day is open for you to wander around Bergen on your own schedule. The historic fish market is definitely worth checking out to see fresh seafood and local produce, something that's been traded there since the 13th century. Later in the evening, a boat transfer takes you from Bryggenkai to Cornelius restaurant, where you'll have a meteorological menu inspired by that day's weather and the fjord landscape.

You'll take an express boat through the Sognefjord to reach the fjord village of Flåm. Flåm to Oslo
This morning you board the scenic Flåm Railway as it climbs through dramatic mountain terrain and reaches Myrdal. From there, you continue on the Bergen Railway headed toward Oslo. The entire journey takes roughly five hours, so you'll have plenty of time to take in the landscape from your seat.

Oslo
You have the full day to explore Oslo on your own terms.
