Edinburgh

- Day 3
Edinburgh - Stirling - Pitlochry - Culloden - Inverness
You'll head north from Edinburgh with several stops along the way. First up are The Kelpies, those mythical horse sculptures worth photographing. Then Stirling Castle, one of Scotland's major fortresses. By midday you'll reach Pitlochry for lunch and a stroll through this whisky region town. After that, you'll stop at Culloden to see where a crucial Scottish battle took place. You'll arrive in Inverness (the Highlands capital) by evening with time for walks along the River Ness or the suspension bridge.

- Day 4
Inverness
This day focuses on iconic Highland sites. You'll start at Eilean Donan Castle, a fortress right on the water. Stop in Fort Augustus to check out the sluice gate system and grab lunch. Later you're on a boat tour of Loch Ness before visiting the medieval Urquhart Castle. Your day ends at a traditional whisky distillery where you'll learn about Scotland's national drink and get a tasting included. You'll head back to Inverness for the night.

Traveling through the Highlands, you'll visit a WWII monument at Spean Bridge, then head to Fort William, a popular tourist spot at the base of Ben Nevis (the UK's highest mountain). You'll pass by Kilchurn Castle ruins on a dark lake before reaching the small village of Inveraray on Loch Fyne for lunch. After that, the route takes you along Loch Lomond's shores before arriving in Glasgow for the evening to explore the city center.

Glasgow - Belfast - Dublin
You'll leave Glasgow and drive south to catch a ferry at Cairnryan heading to Northern Ireland. After crossing over, you'll arrive in Belfast, a city that's been transforming after its historical conflicts. From there you'll continue into Ireland, getting to Dublin by the end of the day.

Dublin

You'll explore Bunratty Folk Park to see how Irish people lived historically through traditional cottages, old markets, and a medieval castle. Next is Caherconnell where you can see the Poulnabrone Dolmen and watch sheep herding dogs if you're lucky. Then comes the Cliffs of Moher overlooking the ocean with the option to climb up to O'Brien's Tower. You'll drive through the striking landscapes of Burren National Park before arriving in Galway.

From there, you'll head to Clonmacnoise to explore the Celtic monastic ruins on a guided tour. After that, it's back to Dublin, arriving by evening.

Early morning means boarding a ferry for a three to three and a half hour journey to Wales. You'll arrive in Caernarfon, a seaside World Heritage Site known for its castle. You'll have time for lunch and a walk around. Next comes Liverpool for a short bus tour of this World Heritage Site home to the UK's second-largest port.

Liverpool - Stratford-upon-Avon - Oxford - London
You're heading through central England now. First is Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's hometown, where you can grab lunch and explore freely. Then Oxford, where you'll see centuries of history in education and culture, the university that educated kings, politicians, philosophers, and scientists. You'll arrive in London by evening.

London

London
